Simplebks Referral Program terms

• You need a Simplebks user account on a Nigerian business account.
• The program is for Nigerian businesses. The business you refer must be Nigerian and pay Simplebks in naira.
• A business that pays in dollars, or is based outside Nigeria, earns no reward.

• You get a personal referral code and link on your Refer & earn page.
• You can choose your own code: 3 to 20 letters, numbers and hyphens, and no spaces. Every code is unique.
• The code has to be entered when the business signs up. A referral cannot be added after sign-up.
• A sign-up takes one code. A partner code and a personal referral code cannot both be used.

• A business is a referral when it signs up with your code.
• A business has one referrer, ever. Once it is credited to someone, it stays credited to them.
• You cannot earn on a business you own or belong to, in any role. That includes the business that employs you.
• Your code, your rewards and your payout details belong to you as a person, not to your employer.

• You earn 10% of every successful payment a referred business makes to Simplebks.
• The 10% is worked out on the payment without VAT.
• The 12 months start on the day of the business's first payment, not the day it signed up. Payments made within those 12 months earn a reward. Payments after them do not.
• Changing plan does not restart the 12 months.
• A payment made in dollars earns no reward.

• Each reward is held for 30 days from the day its payment goes through. During the hold it shows as Pending.
• After 30 days it moves to Available.
• If a payment is refunded, the reward for it is reversed. A partial refund reverses the same share of the reward. A chargeback reverses it in full.
• If a reward has already moved to Available when the refund happens, the amount is taken back from your Available balance.

• The minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000, taken from your Available balance.
• You can have one open withdrawal request at a time.
• There is a limit on the number and total value of payouts in any rolling 30 days.
• Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer in naira to a Nigerian bank account. The account name has to match your bank's record.
• Simplebks pays the transfer fee. You receive the full amount you withdraw.
• If a withdrawal is rejected, the amount returns to your Available balance.
